| I received two totes for Christmas from my son. I was amazed at how beautiful they are. Even more was how well they suited my personality. My son was able to pick beautiful,high quality fabrics and with some expert help was able to put together two pieces that were just for me. The sewing is unbelievable........so expert with pouches for cell phones or keys and a zippered pocket. The monograming on mine was just beautiful. I can't say enough good things about the totes. | My mom and I were down in Fredericksburg a few weeks ago and we were astounded at the selection and prices of Ever Sew. We were given AMAZING customer service and we didn't feel hounded when it came to spending our money. The store is cozy, friendly, and definitely "girly". When my mom asked for a tote bag for work, she's a history teacher at a high school in our area, I immediately got on Ever Sew's website. I designed her custom bag with U.S. historical designs, and I submitted my order. After purchasing, a box popped up stating that the bag wouldn't be ready for at least three weeks- not in time for Christmas. I called the store and a woman picked up and checked my order afterwards stating that I'd receive my order before Christmas- I received the bag in the mail today, five days before Christmas. I was SO pleasantly surprised at the quality and the fact that they added their own wonderfully inspired designs on top of the designs I'd submitted.
