HOSTING A TOTE GATHERING
Being an EverSewEnglish Tote Gathering Hostess is very beneficial and will make you all the rage among your friends. If you are interested in hosting an event please call (540) 371-3547 or email Jennifer@eversewenglish.com to schedule the date that will best suit you and your guests. An EverSewEnglish Tote gathering is the perfect get together for just about any occasion. At our new store you can hold your Tote Gathering in our showroom.
A Tote Gathering is a great opportunity for a Girls Day or Night Out!
Typically you would want to survey your friends for the best time and date to maximize attendance, keeping in mind the more totes sold at your event the more tote bucks you receive. An excellent gathering is that of 10 or more guests in attendance. We recommend providing light appetizers and a beverage for refreshment; keeping food simple is a good idea since the focus will probably be on the designing process.
Guests can design their own Bag, or shop from Jennifer Church’s Designs on display in the Store. We make the process of designing totes simple for you and your guests. After presenting all the options everyone will begin their own design uses the following steps:
- Choose Fabrics (over 1000 to select from)
- Choose a Trim if desired
- Select style and size
- Work one on one with Tote Gathering presenter to finalize your order & make payment.
- Have a GREAT TIME being CREATIVE!
Once the design process is complete EverSewEnglish constructs your new tote by hand to your precise specifications. Orders are usually complete within 2 weeks after the Tote Gathering. We ask the hostess to pick the custom orders up from the Store, who will then distribute to her tote gathering attendees or we can ship to you or the gift recipient at your request.
HOSTESS GIFT PLAN
Hostess receives a Thank You Gift of an Accessory Pack or Makeup Tote for gathering her guests together. (Accessory pack includes Tissue Holder, Eyeglass Case and Checkbook Cover).
Sales Rewards
$200-$299 in sales earns the Hostess $30 in Tote Bucks
$300-$499 in sales earns the Hostess $45 in Tote Bucks
$500-$699 in sales earns the Hostess $60 in Tote Bucks
$700-$999 in sales earns the Hostess $80 in Tote Bucks $1,000 + in sales earns the Hostess $100 in Tote Bucks
Tote Bucks can be used towards any EverSewEnglish products or Gift Certificates
**Bonus Gift** For every 10 totes purchased, the hostess earns free Embroidery of her name or initials on her Tote
