If You Purchase One Of Our Designs:

If you are not satisfied with your new tote or accessories, we will gladly offer an exchange for a like tote or full refund. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition within 14 days of receipt of the bag.

Custom Designs:

Due to the nature of custom-made and personalized items, cancellations and returns will not be permitted. In the event your item arrives defective, we will happily send you an exact replacement at no additional cost upon receipt of merchandise.

Any changes or additions to custom designed totes and accessories after the date of the order will result in a $25 alteration fee plus each additional add-on item fee.

Custom and Personalized means any Tote or Accessory designed by the customer. With or without any additional feature such as photography, initials, names, phrases, sayings, numbers or letters embroidered on the tote.
