Return Policy

It is EverSewEnglish's goal to give every customer 100% satisfaction.
If you are not satisfied with your tote bag, we will gladly offer an exchange for a like bag or full refund if the bag is returned in it's original condition within 14 days of receipt of the bag.*

Any changes or add ons to any returned custom designed tote bag will result in a $25 alteration fee plus each additional add-on item.

*Any personalized custom made tote bag MAY NOT be returned or exchanged. A personalize custom made tote bag, however, may be modified for a $25 alteration fee plus any additional add-on items.

Personalized means any photos, initials, names, phrases, sayings, numbers or letters embroidered on the tote.
